Each child at school has their small patch of land where they till, make it ready and plant different farm crops. After planting, they all manure their plots and regularly water their plants. Augustus is our able gardener who sees the children through the whole gardening exercise.

They have tried beans, kales, spinach, radishes and beet root. They have always harvested their produce whenever it’s ready and carry it home.
